OpenLabelMaker is a free, browser-based label design tool that works with any printer. You open it in your browser, design your labels using our drag-and-drop editor, and export to PDF or PNG at the exact dimensions your printer needs.

Why we built it

We realized every label maker is fundamentally broken in one of three ways:

Vendor-locked: DYMO's software only works with DYMO printers. Avery's software only works with Avery sheets. You're stuck.
Desktop-only: Most label software is Windows or Mac desktop apps. No Chromebook support. No mobile. No easy cloud access.
Expensive: Professional label software costs $40-500/month. Canva is great for social media but not built for labels. Everything else is locked behind subscriptions.

No tracking cookies. We don't use tracking cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the tool (page views, feature popularity) but we don't track individual users or their designs.
