In your Shopify Admin:

- Click Export → choose "Current page" or "Selected orders"
- Format: CSV for Excel (or plain CSV)

Shopify has built-in shipping label purchasing (USPS, UPS, DHL) with tracking. Use that if you need carrier-generated labels with live tracking.
