Passo 1: Physical Setup

1. Remove the impressora from the box and remove all protective tape
2. Place the impressora on a stable, level surface near your computer
3. Connect the power adapter to the impressora
4. Plug the power cord into a wall outlet
5. Connect the cabo USB between your computer and the impressora
6. Press the power button - the status light should turn blue

Passo 2: Instalar DYMO Drivers

The LabelWriter 550 requires proper Drivers to function, but you don't need the full DYMO Connect software:

The LabelWriter 550 uses direct thermal Imprimiring technology, so no ink cartridges or ribbons are needed:

1. Open the top cover: Press the cover release button and lift
2. Remove old Etiquetas: Take out any existing label roll
3. Insert new roll: Place Etiquetas with the thermal coating facing the Imprimir head (Etiquetas facing down)
4. Thread the label: Pull the first few Etiquetas through the label slot
5. Align the roll: Make sure it sits snugly against the right side Guia
6. Close the cover: Press down until you hear a click
7. Test feed: Press the Form Feed button to advance to the first label
