Pantry Labels — Organise Your Kitchen

Print clean, minimalist labels for spice jars, storage bins, baskets, and containers. Consistent typography makes your pantry look pulled-together. Design one label, batch print all of them.

Pantry Label Ideas

Spice Jars

Cumin, Paprika, Oregano, Cinnamon… Print matching labels for every spice jar. Use a small label like DYMO 11354 or a round/square sticker.

Dry Goods & Grains

Rice, Pasta, Oats, Flour, Sugar, Quinoa. Label your glass jars or OXO containers for a clean, unified look.

Baking Supplies

Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cornstarch, Cocoa Powder. Labels prevent mix-ups between similar-looking white powders.

Fridge & Freezer

Date labels for leftovers, meal prep containers, freezer bags. Add a date field so you always know what's fresh.

Basket & Bin Labels

Snacks, Tea, Coffee, Cereal. Larger labels for baskets and pull-out bins in your pantry or larder.

Bathroom & Laundry

Same clean label style for bathroom jars (cotton balls, bath salts) and laundry containers (detergent, softener).

Batch Print Your Entire Pantry

List all your pantry items in a spreadsheet (one column: Item Name). Import it into OpenLabelMaker and print every label at once. One design, dozens of labels.

Design Tips for Pantry Labels

Pick one font and stick with it — consistency is the key to a polished pantry. A clean sans-serif like Inter or Raleway works for modern kitchens; a serif like Lora or Playfair Display for a traditional look.
Use all caps or all lowercase — pick one style for all labels. "FLOUR" or "flour", not a mix.
Left-align or centre consistently — whichever you choose, use the same alignment on every label.
Consider waterproof labels — for items near the sink or fridge, use waterproof label stock or cover with clear tape.
Add expiry dates for perishables — use a second text line with the date, or create a separate "opened" date label for the fridge.
