Trinn 1: Physical Setup and Connections

Trinn 4: Loading Ribbon (ZD421 Thermal Transfer)

For thermal transfer Skriv uting on the ZD421:

1. Open the skriver: Lift both the front cover and Skriv ut head
2. Installer ribbon supply: Place new ribbon roll on the supply spindle
3. Thread ribbon path: Pull ribbon under the Skriv ut head
4. Installer take-up core: Attach empty core to take-up spindle
5. Secure ribbon: Tape ribbon end to the take-up core
6. last etiketter: Place label roll and thread through Guides
7. Close components: Lower Skriv ut head, then close front cover
8. Calibrate: Perform media calibration as described above

Trinn 5: Media Calibration

Automatic Calibration

1. Load your Etiketter as described above
2. Press and hold PAUSE + FEED buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds
3. skriver will feed several Etiketter to learn the media type
4. Wait for calibration to Komplett (skriver returns to ready state)
5. Test by pressing FEED - should advance exactly one label

Manual Calibration (if needed)

1. Access skriver menu by pressing PAUSE button briefly
2. Navigate to MEDIA MENU using FEED button
3. Select CALIBRATE and press PAUSE to confirm
4. Choose MEDIA TYPE (Gap/Notch, Continuous, Mark)
5. Follow on-screen prompts to Komplett calibration
