Small Business Inventory
Track stock with Code 128 barcode labels. Print SKU + product name + price on DYMO or Zebra labels. Batch print your entire catalogue from Excel.
Retail & Craft Fairs
Print EAN-13 or UPC-A labels for products you sell. Add the product name, price, and barcode on one label. Works with any price tag label size.
Library & Asset Tracking
Label books, equipment, or IT assets with unique barcodes. Use asset labels for durable tracking on laptops, tools, and furniture.
Warehouse & Logistics
Generate location barcodes, bin labels, and pallet labels. Print ITF-14 for shipping cartons. Use 4×6 labels on Zebra or Rollo printers.
Batch Print Barcode Labels from a Spreadsheet
Don't create labels one by one. Design one label with a {{barcode}} placeholder, import your product list from Excel or CSV, and generate hundreds of unique barcode labels in one click.
Example spreadsheet:
| sku | product | price |
|---|---|---|
| WH-001 | Widget Blue | €12.99 |
| WH-002 | Widget Red | €14.99 |
| WH-003 | Widget Green | €11.49 |
Each label gets its own barcode from the {{sku}} column, plus the product name and price. Print all 3 (or 3,000) at once.

FAQ
Is this barcode label maker really free?
Yes. No watermarks, no trial period, no account needed. OpenLabelMaker is free and runs entirely in your browser.
Can I create EAN-13 barcodes for retail products?
Yes. Add a barcode element, select EAN-13, and enter your 13-digit number. The barcode renders with the correct check digit. Same for UPC-A (12 digits) and EAN-8 (8 digits).
How many barcode labels can I batch print at once?
There's no hard limit. Most users print batches of 50–5,000 labels. Your browser does all the rendering, so very large batches (10,000+) may take a moment to generate the PDF.
Will the barcodes scan correctly?
Yes. OpenLabelMaker uses JsBarcode and generates barcodes at print resolution (300 DPI PDF output). They scan reliably with handheld scanners, smartphone cameras, and POS systems.
