Bulk Shipping Label Printing Without Expensive Software

ShipStation is $25/mo. BarTender is $495/year. If you already have your shipping data in a spreadsheet, you can bulk print labels for free — right in your browser.

Upload your order list (CSV, Excel, Google Sheets), design one label template, and export a multi-page PDF. Print 50 or 5,000 labels at once.

FAQ

Is this a replacement for ShipStation?

Not exactly. ShipStation handles carrier rate shopping, tracking numbers, and order sync. OpenLabelMaker is for designing and printing labels when you already have your shipping data. If you handle shipping yourself (own carrier account, local delivery, prepaid postage), OpenLabelMaker replaces the label design and printing part for free.

Can I print on both sides of the label?

Most label printers only print one side. OpenLabelMaker designs a single-sided label. If you need double-sided (e.g. table tent cards), you'd need to print two separate designs and fold/stick them together.

How do I add my company logo to shipping labels?

Click the Image button in the editor, upload your logo (PNG, JPG, SVG), position and resize it. The logo appears on every label in the batch — it's part of the fixed template, not the variable data.
